Phylogene would like to be recognized as a partner by its clients, in a competitive context, providing services as close as close as possible of their needs. In order to do this, we must provide services with a constant improvement of quality.
Analyses of quality can be guaranteed at different levels :
-The commercial approach must allow to propose a technical solution that is adapted to include the specific needs expressed by each client.
-The analyses must result on optimal parameters of sensitivity, specificity and the ability to reproduce it.
-The analyses must be made within those parameters, with price that allows us to be competitive on the market.
-The analytical report and the invoice must reflect the careful work that we want to offer to our clients.
Those different points are mainly the objectives to be maintained. The Quality Management System in place will help us to achieve this and to reach the recognition of our competences by the accreditation in ISO 17025 by the COFRAC.
It is fundamental that everyone adheres to this Quality Policy and becomes involved in the constant improvement of the Quality Management System.
As the managing Director of Phylogene I am the guarantor of this Quality Policy and will personally make sure, by meetings and revue of Direction, of its application and that it is well followed.
To support our customer needs, and anticipate the quality standardization needs, Phylogene attend to the standards preparation as member of the AFNOR V03E Commission on the « GMO detection » and of the AFNOR GM12 group on the « allergen detection techniques ».
